Installation and adjustment

A modular installation system designed for a seamless, minimalist bathroom finish. This tileable system enables the concealed mounting of standard duct fans 100mm, 125mm or 150mm, leaving only a subtle perimeter gap for airflow.

Engineered for both aesthetics and practicality, the airflow gap is precisely calculated to match the ducting area for optimal performance. The system ensures full access for maintenance while maintaining a flawless, fully-tiled look.

Tile cut-outs can be performed manually using a tile engraver, angle grinder and drill or via precision water-jet cutting. While manual cutting is efficient for standard installs, water-jet cutting is ideal for premium tiles or natural stone to ensure a flawless, architectural finish.

The system blends seamlessly with ceramic, porcelain, or natural stone surfaces and is compatible with tile thickness up to 12 mm.

PPE: Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, including safety goggles and a high-efficiency dust mask (FFP3 rated).
Dust Control: We recommend wet-cutting where possible or using a dedicated vacuum extraction system to minimize airborne silica dust.
Handling: Ensure all power tools are handled by competent individuals in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
