Returns & Refunds Policy

At Yaromaister, we take pride in the quality and precision of the products we supply. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure they meet our high standards for innovation and durability. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Product variations and improvements

Our manufacturers are committed to continuous innovation and engineering excellence. Consequently, we and our suppliers reserve the right to amend product specifications and designs without prior notice. While we strive for total accuracy, images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. The physical product supplied may feature minor design refinements or finish variations that do not affect the functionality or performance of the system.

Manufacturer Warranties

As a specialist distributor, Yaromaister passes on all manufacturer warranties directly to you. If a product is suspected to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can facilitate a resolution with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Installation and material compatibility

The Edplit system is designed to work with a wide range of materials (ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone). However, the final aesthetic result is dependent on the quality of the tile, the precision of the cut-outs, and the skill of the installer. Yaromaister is not responsible for variations in the final appearance caused by natural stone veining, tile irregularities, or third-party installation errors.

Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all 'in-stock' items within 24 hours of order confirmation (Monday to Friday). While we use reliable tracked couriers to ensure your project stays on schedule, Yaromaister cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by courier logistics, industrial action, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

"Project Mistakes" & Liability

Yaromaister provides the engineering system for installation. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect tile cuts made by the customer or contractor.

  • Breakage of tiles or stone during the installation process.

  • Incompatibility with tiles exceeding the specified thickness (unless a custom kit was ordered).

"Non-VAT" Disclaimer

Yaromaister Ltd is not currently registered for VAT; therefore, VAT is not charged on our products, and VAT invoices cannot be issued.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • All components, adjustment tools, and fixators must be included.

Important Note: We cannot accept returns for products that have been partially installed, fitted to a tile, or where adhesives have been applied.

How to start a return

Contact Us: Please email us at info@yaromaister.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approval: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
