Technical Specifications & Installation

• Material Compatibility: Blends seamlessly with ceramic, porcelain, or natural stone surfaces.

• Tile Thickness: Compatible with surfaces up to 20 mm thick.

• Cutting Methods: Tile cut-outs can be performed using the included core drill bit in conjunction with a standard drill and an angle grinder or tile engraver.

Structural Requirements

To ensure the structural integrity of the "invisible" fix, please observe the following:

• Minimum Fixing Depth: A wall thickness of at least 65 mm is required for secure mounting.

• Masonry & Block Walls: Suitable for direct installation into brick or block partitions.

• Stud Wall Partitions: Installation requires additional timber blocking (noggins) to be fitted within the wall cavity to provide sufficient support and a secure fix.

Safety & Best Practice

• PPE: Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, including safety goggles and a high-efficiency dust mask (FFP3 rated).

• Dust Control: We recommend wet-cutting where possible or using a dedicated vacuum extraction system to minimize airborne silica dust.

• Handling: Ensure all power tools are handled by competent individuals in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
